On August 15, 2022, the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) Body of State Regulators (BOSR) submitted comments to the WEIM Governance Review Committee (GRC) on the Phase Three (EDAM) Straw Proposal. Overall, the BOSR generally supports the Straw Proposal put forth as an appropriate incremental step reflective of the deeper interdependence inherent in EDAM.
