On April 27, 2023, the Western Energy Imbalance Market Body of State Regulators (WEIM-BOSR) provided written comments to the California ISO on the Final 2023-2025 Policy Initiatives Roadmap and Final 2023 Policy Initiatives Catalog. The WEIM-BOSR generally supports the final version of the Roadmap and Policy Catalog. The WEIM-BOSR provided specific comments on the timeline of the policy initiatives, specific recommendations to improve the Policy Catalog itself, and the process for which the CAISO determines the policy initiative priorities.
