On November 21, 2024, the Committee on Regional Electric Power Cooperation (CREPC) submitted a letter to FERC-jurisdictional transmission providers in NorthernGrid and WestConnect to highlight the need for meaningfully state engagement in the Order No. 1920 compliance process and encourage as much coordination across the NorthernGrid and WestConnect footprints as possible.
