WIRAB submitted advice to the California ISO on its proposal to stand up a Reliability Coordinator in the West. WIRAB provided comments or advice on the CAISO’s RC proposal in three categories:
- Governance;
- BA/TOP competency requirements; and
- General Rate Design, Terms and Conditions
