Net Metering:

Net metering available to all qualifying facilities (QFs) up to 80 MW under PURPA. This includes commercial, industrial, residential, government, agriculture customers. Applicable to IOUs and Coops. For customers 10 kW or less, utility may credit at the utility’s avoided cost rate, or credit the customer kWh supplied to the utility. Unused credits carried forward month to month. The state is currently in the process of updating its Interconnection Rule and Manual.
