The Chair and Vice Chair of the Committee of State Representatives (COSR) prepared a comment letter in response to the Western Resource Adequacy Program’s (WRAP) Non-Task Force Proposal 2026-NTFP-02 (Edits to Business Practice Manual (BPM) Sections 105 and 202). This letter was submitted on April 21, 2026 and provides feedback on the proposed updates to Sections 105 (Forward Showing Qualifying Resources) and 202 (Participant Sharing Calculation Inputs) of the Business Practice Manual.
