The Committee of State Representatives (COSR) prepared a comment letter in response to the Western Resource Adequacy Program’s (WRAP) proposal to reevaluate the Foward Showing Planning Reserve Margin (FSPRM) and Forward Showing Capacity Requirement, including timing and modeling methodology. This letter was submitted on April 9, 2026 and includes Committee feedback on various components of the proposal.
