GHG reductions from 2005 baseline:

• 26% by 2025
• 50% by 2030
• 90% by 2050

(HB19-1261);  Air Quality Control Commission (AQCC) must adopt regulations requiring 60% reduction by 2030 from oil and gas industry and 20% from other industry; Gas utilities must reduce emissions 22% below 2015 levels, including customer combustion emissions, by 2030.(HB 21-1266, SB 21-264)
