Net metering available to all qualifying facilities (QFs) up to 80 MW under PURPA. This includes commercial, industrial, residential, government, and agriculture customers. Applicable to IOUs and Coops. For customers 10 kW or less, utility may credit at the utility’s avoided cost rate or credit the customer kWh supplied to the utility. Unused credits carried forward month to month.
