Fall 2024 Joint HLRWC and WIPP TAG Meeting
The WIEB High-Level Radioactive Waste Committee and Waste Isolation Pilot Plant Transportation Technical Advisory Group will hold the fall edition of their semi-annual meetings at the Wayfarer Hilton in San Luis Obispo, CA, on November 20-21, 2024.
There will be a full day meeting on Wednesday, November 20 and a partial day tour on Thursday, November 21.
Diablo Canyon Power Plant Tour
On Thursday, November 21 there will be a partial day tour of Diablo Canyon Power Plant, hosted by Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). Tour times are TBD.
Space on the tour is limited, and priority will be given to HLRW Committee and WIPP TAG state representatives. If your plans change after registering, please email Elaine Hsu ASAP at ehsu@westernenergyboard.org. Tour registration closes on Monday, November 4.
