The WIEB HLRWC and WIPP TAG held their summer 2022 meeting in Philadelphia, PA, on June 7. As usual, this meeting was held in conjunction with the National Transportation Stakeholders Forum Annual Meeting, hosted by the Northeastern state regional group at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel.
