On October 30, 2026, the Body of State Regulators (BOSR), the Markets+ State Committee (MSC), the Western Interconnection Regional Advisory Body (WIRAB), the Committee on Regional Electric Power Cooperation (CREPC), and the Committee of State Representatives (COSR) submitted joint comments to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on the Joint Seams Report of the California Independent System Operator Corporation (CAISO) and Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP).
