EV Policies:

In October 2021, Nevada adopted the Clean Cars Nevada regulation, implementing California’s Low Emission Vehicle III and Zero Emission Vehicle standards beginning with model year 2025 (NAC 445B, R093-20). SB 448 (2021) authorized $100 million in NV Energy investment in transportation electrification, with at least 40% directed to historically underserved communities. AB 184 (2023) created the Clean Trucks and Buses Incentive Program administered by the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection.
