EV Policies:

Wyoming has not adopted a statewide electric vehicle (EV) target or mandate.  

In 2022, the state adopted a statute exempting the resale of electricity for vehicle charging from Wyoming Public Service Commission (PSC) regulation. Additionally, the state signed an MOU with seven other western states in 2017 to participate in the Regional Electric Vehicle Plan for the West (REV West).
