WIRAB submitted advice to the WECC Board of Directors, advising support of the recommendations to the Board from WECC’s 4.9 Review Committee. The Committee recommended: (1) to create stakeholder engagement task force who will explore options to rekindle excitement about the work WECC does of assuring the reliability and security of the Western Interconnection; and (2) to adopt changes aimed at improving and streamlining WECC’s strategic planning process.
